NIKKI Nights at the Botanical Gardens

We went to Nikki Nights at the Botanical Gardens, it is the exhibit that is on display now and they stay open late Thursdays. It was really neat the kids could climb on some of them. They had a ball. We played in the children's garden also. They have a little water area which most of it was turned off, but we found a few that worked and were soaked when we left. Evelyn had a great time! We climbed, went down slides, fed the big fish and ducks, even got a maraca balloon made by the balloon lady.

Summer Festival at Church

Our church had a summer festival last weekend with petting zoo. It took her awhile to warm up, but then she really enjoyed seeing all the animals.
She got to feed one of the goats...well really she watched me feed the goat and then wanted to do it after the bottle was empty.
1st snowcone....she really liked that!

Miss Candace's gets married

A friend from work envited Evelyn and us to her wedding this weekend. There was dancing, cakes, chocolate on the table, bubbles, clapping, even some people dressed up as pequins...Evelyn had a great time!!

For some reason she thinks this is how you should eat cake....guess she can eat it faster bypassing the whole spoon thing.

She thought all the little chairs were a lot of fun. The kids just love when Evelyn comes to visit. They request her all the time. The school just had a new playground installed finally, so of course we had to check it out. The little tire swings are really cool! Just the right size.
