Our snow day

Popping popcorn for the first time in our air popper. She liked eating more then watching it pop. All ready to play in the snow.

Last weekend

Evelyn has been refusing to wear her cute pink hat in order to wear daddy's hat that is way too big. Its usually down over her eyes.

Playing night night in the cradle my dad made. She was pretending to be baby crying like one.

After a function at church it was really snowing...she thought it was great! Laughing and squealing.

New Pictures

I realized that we had never posted a picture of the kitchen set Jeff made Evelyn for her birthday last year, which her new favorite thing to do with it now is take out the sink and stand inside, its even better when Sophia(the little girl that comes to our house) gets in with her. I have found some websites that list free activities on the weekends, so we took advantage of the Delmar Loop Ice Carnival, the weather was actually decent so we headed down to see what was there. Here is one of the ice sculptures hard at work.

Evelyn was in heaven...puppies all over the place. She would sit up and squeal "puppy, puppy, puppy" over and over each time she saw one. One family even pointed her out before she saw and dog and said look its your friend...the dog parade I'm afraid is a must this year. Her second highlight is the slides made out of ice...she was wet afterwards, but she could have cared less.

Celebrating Birthday and Ice Skating

We had lunch at Grandma Kitty's for my birthday and went ice skating. We had just finished doing some poppers with crowns and toys and etc in them.

Ice skating...she seemed to enjoy it, but only wanted Jeff to hold her hands.

She really enjoyed watching the Zambone.

Hanging out with Cousins

This weeks activities

She loves sitting in Hailey's bed playing night night and watching movies, she insisted this time that Hunter sit next to her, it was very sweet.
We took advantage of the nice weather on Monday and met some friends at the zoo.

We checked out the new zooimagination classroom. It was a lot of fun...activities for all ages. One of Evelyn's favorite activities was playing with the fake animal poop...yup thats my child. There are many activities to choose from and it's free, you just have to make a reservation. I highly recommend it.

We met Jeff after work on New Years Eve attempting to try a new resturant we have a gift certificate for, but the they were not serving food and only alcohol for a new year eve's party. Who knew! Beforehand since Jeff got off work early we met at Faust park for a few rides on the carosaul....she loved it. She had to kiss the horses good-bye before we left
